Terms and Conditions
1.0
Returns
1.1 Our 28 Day "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original
condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any
seals and shrink-wrap intact) unused and as long as no attempt has been made to
install the kit. We will issue a full refund for the price you
paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if
they are faulty.
1.2 Custom made products and items shipped outside of
the United Kingdom are excluded from our 28 Day "no quibbles" guarantee. This
includes any kits that have been custom spray painted and made to order items.
1.3
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or
a fault develops in the first 28 days after delivery, we will either provide a
full refund or dispatch new goods once the faulty goods have been returned.
1.4
Sale Items and Trade Sales are excluded from our 28 Day "no quibbles"
guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1.5
All goods are supplied with a 12 month return to base warranty. We accept no
liability for direct or indirect costs regarding the fitment, removal,
replacement or restoration to customer vehicles as a result of faulty products.
1.6 All returned goods must be complete and
include the return of any free or promotional gifts.
2.0 Sales Tax
2.1 All prices listed on this site include VAT unless stated otherwise. A VAT
Receipt is enclosed with the goods to confirm that VAT has been charged.
2.2 Our VAT registration number is GB 824 9162 21.
3.0
Delivery Terms
3.1
We can only accept orders for delivery within the European Union. We reserve the
right to charge an administration fee for the cancellation of any orders for
delivery outside of the European Union.
3.2
Retail Orders delivery
to addresses with the United Kingdom will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class
Recorded delivery service. A chargeable option to upgrade this service to a guaranteed delivery before 1pm next working day
using Royal Mail Special Delivery is available. Next day delivery is only
available for orders placed before 2pm on a working day for delivery within the
United Kingdom. Orders to be shipped outside of the United Kingdom will be
charged an an upgrade to use Royal Mail International delivery service.
3.3 Accessories and orders with a value
of less than £40 are sent within the UK using Royal Mail 1st Class mail service, unless
the postage is upgraded.
3.4 Orders received on weekends or UK Public Holidays will
be processed on the next available working day.
3.5 Where
an incorrect address has been given, we reserve the right to charge for any
extra carriage costs incurred.
3.6 The
estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our
couriers. These are estimates only, we are not responsible if this varies.
3.7 Goods will need to be signed for. Please give a delivery address where
someone will be available.
3.8 If goods are returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the
carriage is not refundable.
3.9 In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative
couriers.
3.10 Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers.
3.11 All goods are insured up to the maximum value of
£250 unless otherwise stated.
3.12 If your
goods fail to arrive within 28 days of ordering you will have the option of a
full refund.
3.13 Delivery Terms are
estimates only and subject to stock and
staff availability.
3.14 Trade Prices exclude delivery, which is
charged at cost price.
4.0 Privacy
4.1 We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This
information is not disclosed to any third party and is collected by Electronic
Commerce Sales, Ltd.
4.2 We do not email customers except in connection with your order.
4.3 All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998
5.0 Pricing
5.1 Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as
possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances.
If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be
informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity
to cancel the order.
5.2 If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price we reserve the
right to offer the order at cost price or the the opportunity for the customer
to cancel the order.
6.0 Business Customers
6.1 If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for
business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including
loss of profits, whether direct or indirect, data, revenue, goodwill, or
incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the
purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price
paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal
injury.
7.0 General
7.1 We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
7.2
We only sell to customers with delivery addresses within the European Union. We
reserve the right to charge an administration fee for the cancellation of any
orders for delivery outside of the European Union.
7.3 These terms are governed by the laws of England and any disputes
will be decided only by the courts of England.
7.4 We accept no liability for damage or loss resulting from improper
installation of this product, infringement of the vehicle manufacturer’s
warranty or injury or loss resulting from accidents whether or not any parking
system is in use at the time.
7.5 Promotional Gifts are offered subject to stock
availability. Promotional Gifts are not available to Trade Customers.
7.6 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
8.0
Your Statutory Rights
Cooling-off
Period
By law, you
also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven
working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. To cancel
your purchase under this cooling-off period, please package the relevant item
securely and send it to us with the original documentation and a note giving the reason for the return as
"contract cancellation" and ensure that we receive it within seven
working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. The

For
your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please
note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
unless we delivered the item to you in error.
As
soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the
relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's
normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier
component of the postage charge.
